Nehir Yardimci

VP of Construction, Infrastructure & Mining

Nehir Yardimci is a highly respected global executive and strategic operator in mining, construction, and international development, with over 30 years of leadership experience in high-risk, high-reward markets across the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, and the United States. He currently serves as Vice President of Strategy & Planning at MASCO Group Construction, where he oversees joint venturepartnerships with leading Turkish firms in the infrastructure and engineering sectors.

As Chairman of GEOGOLD, a mineral exploration and development company based in Saudi Arabia, Nehir leads strategic planning, government engagement, and the execution of multi-jurisdictional mining operations, currently managing ten pending exploration license applications across the Kingdom.

Previously, Nehir served as Vice President of Redwood Global Inc., the U.S. arm of MAPA Group / MNG Holding—one of the world’s largest infrastructure conglomerates. At Redwood, he directed multinational engineering operations and energy-focused logistics initiatives, collaborating with sovereign and institutional partners to advance large-scale developments across the EMEA region.

Nehir began his career in civil engineering, graduating in 1995 from Eastern Mediterranean University before completing his MBA in Global Management in the United States. Early in his professional journey, he contributed to the Salt Lake City 2002 Winter Olympics as a project engineer and served as attaché for the Turkish National Olympic Committee, later transitioning into the nonprofit housing sector as a construction site manager.

From 2003 to 2011, Nehir led U.S.-backed infrastructure and base development projects in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Africa, serving as Area Operations Manager for five DFAC military installations under the U.S. Army. As a subcontractor for Lockheed Martin, KBR, and Halliburton, he successfully managed the full project lifecycle for nine major infrastructure contracts, delivering turnkey solutions under austere and politically sensitive conditions.

At GEOGOLD, Nehir now focuses on resource-based economic development, overseeing exploration, licensing, and joint venture structuring for mineral assets across Saudi Arabia and select African jurisdictions. He is actively advancing initiatives to integrate tokenization models and digital asset strategies into traditional mining operations, aiming to bring greater transparency and liquidity to the commodities sector.

Fluent in English and Turkish, Nehir is recognized for his ability to lead under pressure, build high-level government relationships, and execute complex, cross-border infrastructure solutions. He remains a member of the Turkish National Olympic Committee and is an avid swimmer, skier, and diver, participating annually in the Bosphorus Cross-Continental Swim.
