Choudhry Muzaffar, MRICS is a real estate valuation and advisory professional with deep experience across the Middle East, North Africa, South Asia, and the United States. His career blends analytical rigor with hands-on development execution, spanning valuation, feasibility studies, asset management, and capital markets. He has advised government entities, investment banks, family offices, and private developers on complex mixed-use, hospitality, industrial, and residential assets across multiple international markets.
Choudhry’s Middle East experience is anchored by senior roles in the GCC, including serving as Head of Business Development at Dar Al Tanmiyat in Riyadh, where he led pre-development feasibility for six ground-up projects totaling over $650M and managed a 1.8M sq. ft. portfolio of land, office, industrial, and hospitality assets. Previously at JLL Dubai, he delivered valuation advisory for a portfolio of 1,200+ Saudi assets and introduced a residential valuation service line that generated significant recurring revenue. His expertise spans IVS/USPAP valuation, highest and best use, operator negotiations, and master-planning support for institutional and private clients.
With an M.S. in Real Estate from Roosevelt University, a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois, a Cornell hospitality investment certificate, and MRICS designation, Choudhry combines global valuation standards with strategic development insight. His background enables him to bridge cross-border investment between the GCC and U.S. markets, offering data-driven clarity, market intelligence, and execution-focused guidance to investors and development partners.
