Dr. Chad Michael Altieri, Esq. is an internationally recognized attorney, strategist, speaker, and advisor operating at the intersection of law, global trade, diplomacy, compliance, and complex systems design. He brings decades of experience advising sovereign entities, financial institutions, multinational corporations, and private capital on high-stakes cross-border transactions, regulatory strategy, sanctions compliance, and ethical trade frameworks.

Dr. Altieri is licensed to practice law in Washington, D.C. and Florida, is a Registered Foreign Lawyer in England & Wales, and is a Licensed Legal Consultant in the United Arab Emirates. He is the Founder of Global Strategic Intelligence (GSI), an international law and advisory platform focused on international trade and diplomacy, corporate and transactional law, mergers and acquisitions, sanctions, AML/CTF/KYC and proliferation risk, regulatory compliance, risk management, and the design of ethical, lawful global trading systems. In parallel, he serves as Principal of a sovereign-aligned Middle East strategic advisory office, managing significant global deal flow from onboarding through licensing, financing, operations, diplomacy, and policy engagement across multiple jurisdictions.

Dr. Altieri is the architect of the Clean Gold® Framework, comprised of GoldChain®, a globally recognized, blockchain-enabled compliance traceability system and sales marketplace, designed to transform illicit and high-risk mineral supply chains into lawful, transparent, and ethically governed sales ecosystems with provenance verification. This work culminated in the execution of the first fully clean and traceable gold export from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and has since informed policy discussions, regulatory models, and supply-chain governance initiatives across Africa and beyond. Academically, Dr. Altieri holds a Juris Doctor, a Master’s Degree, and a Doctorate of Business Administration with distinction concentrating in international trade and diplomacy. In 2025, Dr. Altieri’s dissertation: The Clean Gold Initiative: An African Federation of Artisanal Miners was published in the US Library of Congress. Additionally, Dr. Altieri graduated from the Columbia University Business School for its world-renowned Senior Executive Program; a prestigious curriculum that admits only a select number of corporate executives per year. He currently serves on the Board of Advisors for St. Thomas University College of Law, where he supports legal education, curriculum development, and international externship opportunities.
