A Certified Public Accountant with a Master of Science in Financial Services, Ted has held senior leadership roles where he oversaw financial planning, operational efficiency initiatives, strategic partnerships, and cross-departmental execution. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking and transaction advisory, where he led M&A mandates, capital raises, strategic financings, and deal structuring efforts. This frontline deal-making experience continues to inform his work with clients, particularly when navigating complex financial negotiations, investor relations, or transformative corporate events.
